Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must have at least 50% of the product still inside the bottle to be eligible for a refund.
  • To initiate the refund process, please email us at support@notoxskinlab.com with the reason for your refund request.

Refund Process
Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with further instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
